Cultural program for this month

September is now at the calendar. Autumn, school, summer season of rest and vacations is over...But look around: there are a lot of interesting events are waiting for us in Sevastopol. Cultural program for this month could satisfy even the most refined taste!

September 4th. Austrian Symphony Orchestra in the framework of Ukrainian tour performs at Sevastopol Center of Culture and Art - SCCA (Lenin street, 25). Concert includes music by W.A. Mozart and J.Strauss.

September 5th. At the same place "The World Talents" Fund will present us concert of Russian baritones from the State Academic Russian Grand Theatre - famous "The Bolshoy Theater": D.Skorikov, D. Gviniadze and S.Pljusnin. This concert "My melody is my love" is devoted to the 70th Jubilee of famous Russian opera singer Muslim Magomaev. I think, this should be a splendid show.

September 6th. Again at the stage of the SCCA the Odessa National Philharmonic Orchestra invites all of you at the magic world of popular symphonic music. You will hear the works of Tchaikovsky, Vagner, Khachaturian, Strauss.

From September 12th till September 19th on the stage of Lunacharsky Drama Theatre you can see "The Crown of Russian Ballet" from Moskow. The most famous and popular performances: "The Swan Lake", "The Sinderella", "The Nutcracker", "Romeo and Juliet" and the grandiose gala-concert at the last day! Don't loose the chance to see this show!

September 22nd. At the Ukrainian Business and Culture Center will be the concert of the tenors' quartet from Poland "Tenors Bell'canto". About this event I can give you my own opinion: this is something
magnificent! Due to Embassy of Poland in Sevastopol this quartet third time came to our city, and it is always a sell-outs at their performances. Beautiful voices, very interesting program for any taste: classic opera, operetta, folk songs - Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, songs from the repertoire of F. Sinatra, the Il Divo,
A. Bocelli. And last time this guys had conquered the hearts of all spectators with the very famous our song "The Sevastopol Valse". I have heard it at the previous concert and for sure I will go to this concert again!
